350 Maine is a grassroots network across the state working to address global warming and climate change, under the organizing model of the 350.org global movement.  We were hired to plan and facilitate a meeting to achieve consensus on organizational structure and related issues. We also did additional advance work to gather specific ideas from the group on one of the meeting topics.
