The Chalmers Group is a family-owned group of insurance companies in western and southern Maine and in New Hampshire, now managed by the fourth generation of the Chalmers family. As in the past, we were hired to facilitate a one-day retreat for the leadership team to review and update their insurance services strategies and plans. We also prepared a draft Strategic Plan and a Complete Report of the retreat.
