Falmouth is a southern coastal Maine community of about 11,000 people. We were hired to plan and facilitate the annual summer retreat of the Falmouth Town Council for the sixth year in a row. During these annual retreats Council members discuss priorities for the year, and build relationships and enthusiasm for the work ahead.
