Maine State Music Theatre is a non-profit performing arts organization.  It is committed to educating and training artists in theatre crafts; bringing professional musical theatre to the people of Maine. Each year the theatre presents a summer season of four fully staged musicals, several children’s musicals, and related special events.  We were hired to work with the board on developing a strategic plan.
