The Muskie School of Public Service at the University of Southern Maine is Maine’s public policy school, delivering programs that educate leaders, inform policy and practice, and strengthen civic life. We were hired to plan and facilitate a strategic planning process for the Muskie School. The process included stakeholder interviews, a series of input meetings among faculty, board, chairs, directors, and others, and preparation of a draft strategic plan.
