Tips, Videos, Handouts, and Other Stuff

Each year the National Speakers Association hosts a large convention for professional speakers. The 2015 conference took place in Washington, DC, and Craig offered a workshop on practical tips for audience interaction, participation, and collaboration: how to gather and summarize audience input, how to manage the microphone, and much more.
