Tips, Videos, Handouts, and Other Stuff

Headquartered on the shores of Montsweag Bay in Wiscasset, Chewonki is an environmental education organization offering boys’ and girls’ camps, travelling natural history programs, wilderness trips and workshops, and a residential academic semester program. We were hired to faciliate a two-day strategic planning retreat among the Board of Trustees, Advisors to the Board and selected staff. As part of this work, we also gathered advance input through an online survey and staff listening sessions.
