The Waterfront Alliance is a nonprofit civic organization committed to protecting and promoting the working waterfront of South Portland and Portland, Maine. In its role as a neutral convener of inclusive conversations, the Alliance hosted a public forum on a proposed cold storage warehouse on the Portland waterfront. The forum provided an opportunity for a panel of experts to address public questions about the cold storage business model and storage capacity, zoning, view and traffic impact, and more. Questions from attendees were written on paper and submitted in advance of the panel discussion. We were hired to plan, facilitate, and provide a complete report of the panel discussion.
