Atlantic Mariculture (2017-2023)
Atlantic Mariculture harvests and sells certified organic sea vegetables, located on the island of Grand Manan, New Brunswick. We were hired to plan and facilitate a strategic planning session with the staff on Grand Manan.

The Bates College Institute for Climate Adaptation and Resilience (ICAR) equips students, facilitates partnerships and changes culture to positively address climate change. To assist ICAR in achieving its goals we were hired to facilitate a strategic planning meeting.
Biddeford City Council (2019)
Biddeford is a city in York County, Maine and is the principal commercial center of York County. We were hired to conduct advance interviews, plan and facilitate a workshop for The Biddeford City Council.
Bowdoin College (2019)
The McKeen Center for the Common Good at Bowdoin College provides students with opportunities to contribute to the world around us through creative and artistic work, discussion and dialogue, public service, volunteering, and reflective engagement in coursework and fellowships. We facilitated a student training session as part of the “Leading for the Common Good” program.
Brunswick Area Respite Care (2019)
Brunswick Area Respite Care is a non-profit organization that provides unique services for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia. It is a social model adult day care service. We were hired to help the Senior Staff and Board with strategic planning.
Brunswick Comprehensive Planning and Public Input (2019)
Brunswick is a town in Cumberland County, Maine located at the north end of Casco Bay. We were hired to facilitate a series of Public Input Meetings to support the Town of Brunswick Comprehensive Plan Update.
Casco Bay Nutrient Council (2017-2019)
Convened by the Casco Bay Estuary Partnership, the purpose of the Casco Bay Nutrient Council is to develop recommendations to policy makers, regulators, and funders on how best to manage the impacts of nutrients on Casco Bay in southern Maine. We were hired to plan and facilitate a series of Nutrient Council meetings to help the Council achieve its purpose.
Chalmers Insurance Group (2019)
The Chalmers Group is a family-owned group of insurance companies in western and southern Maine and in New Hampshire; leadership now includes the fourth generation of the Chalmers family. We were hired to facilitate a two-day strategic planning retreat for the leadership team.
Community Health Options (2019)
Community Health Options is a non-profit, member-led health insurance plan providing comprehensive health insurance benefits to individuals, families, and businesses. We were hired to plan and facilitate a Senior Leaders meeting.
Consumer Council Systems of Maine (2019)
The Consumer Council System of Maine (CCSM) is an independent, public instrumentality established by Maine law (Title 34-B, §3611). CCSM represents fellow consumers with an effective, organized voice in shaping public policy and mental health services. We were hired to facilitate a planning meeting.

COR Health provides quality home and community health services, focusing on compassionate care, choice, and dignity. We were hired to assist with organizational development.
Cumberland County (2016-2023)
Cumberland County, Maine is home to 28 cities and towns. The county government manages a court and justice system, emergency management services, and partners with others to support economic development and regional health and water quality. We’ve been hired to facilitate a strategic planning retreat for the County Commissioners to take stock of recent successes and challenges and make plans for the future.
Dragon Cement (2010-2023)
To foster good relations and communications with their neighbors, Dragon Cement of Thomaston hired me to facilitate regular meetings of their Community Advisory Panel made up of local government, nonprofit, and business leaders.
DuPont (formerly FMC) manufactures carrageenan in Rockland, Maine. As part of its Responsible Care initiative, the company retained us to facilitate a community advisory panel. The group met every two months and served as a forum for learning and dialogue between plant managers and community leaders.
Emera Maine (2019)
Emera Maine is an electric transmission and distribution utility serving northern and eastern Maine. We have were hired to deliver a series of training sessions.
Falmouth Town Council (2011-2023)
We have ben hired several years in a row to plan and facilitate the annual retreat of the Falmouth Town Council, which includes developing elements of a long-term strategic work plan and board development.
Gardiner City Council (2009-2023)
As they have in the past, the Gardiner City Council hired us to facilitate a workshop to take stock of recent accomplishments, update Council interaction guidelines, and establish Council goals for the coming year. Gardiner is a city of about 6,000 on the banks of the Kennebec River in Maine.
Greater Portland Council of Governments – Asylum Seekers Housing Meeting (2019)
The Greater Portland Council of Governments (GPCOG) is a nonprofit organization that assists with cooperative services such as bulk purchasing, transportation planning, data, mapping, and economic and community development. GPCOG’s members include 26 municipalities from Casco Bay to western Cumberland County, along with the County itself and other affiliate organizations. We provided meeting facilitation services for community leaders to discuss temporary housing for asylum seekers.
Greater Portland Council of Governments – Chairs in a Circle (2019-2023)
As in the past, Craig has been hired to facilitate a session of town and city council chairs and vice chairs to share best practices and lessons with each other.

Greater Portland Council of Governments – Elected Leaders Training Sessions (2019-2020)
The Greater Portland Council of Governments (GPCOG) is a nonprofit organization that assists with cooperative services such as bulk purchasing, transportation planning, data, mapping, and economic and community development. GPCOG’s members include 26 municipalities from Casco Bay to western Cumberland County, along with the County itself and other affiliate organizations. We were hired to facilitate peer-to-peer training sessions for members of town and city councils.
Greater Portland Council of Governments – Professional Development (2019)
The Greater Portland Council of Governments (GPCOG) is a nonprofit organization that assists with cooperative services such as bulk purchasing, transportation planning, data, mapping, and economic and community development. GPCOG’s members include 26 municipalities from Casco Bay to western Cumberland County, along with the County itself and other affiliate organizations. We were hired to design and facilitate a professional development session which focuses on meeting facilitation.
Greater Portland Transit District METRO – Board (2019)
The Greater Portland Transit District METRO provides bus service to over a million riders every year in Portland, Westbrook, Falmouth, and South Portland. We were hired to plan and facilitate a Strategic Planning Workshop of the METRO Board of Directors.

The Greater Portland Transit District METRO provides bus service to over a million riders every year in Portland, Westbrook, Falmouth, and South Portland. We were hired to facilitate a series of retreats and meetings for Senior Staff.
Hospitality Maine (2019)
Hospitality Maine is a nonprofit organization with more than 1,000 members, representing the restaurant and lodging industry and its network of supporting businesses. We were hired to facilitate a planning meeting to improve the apprenticeship system in Maine, benefiting Maine employers and workers.
Kennebec Behavioral Health (2011-2024)
Kennebec Behavioral Health promotes the well-being of persons who experience mental illness, emotional difficulties or behavioral challenges. KBH provides one of the most comprehensive community mental health centers in Maine, with 21 sites in central Maine, and programs reaching from Rockland to Lewiston. Craig has been hired to work with the Senior Management Team on Strategic Planning and Organizational Development.
Maine Association of Nonprofits (2019)
The Maine Association of Nonprofits has more than 940 nonprofit members and 160 partners in government, business and philanthropy, representing every county in Maine and the full range of nonprofit missions and sizes. Craig volunteered his services to facilitate a breakout session that focused on how to communicate externally about recent mergers, at their 2nd annual Opt In: Nonprofit Communications Conference.
Maine Association of Realtors (2019) (2021)
The Maine Association of Realtors is Maine’s largest professional trade association, representing nearly 6,000 real estate professionals engaged in all aspects of the real estate business. For the second time we have been hired to help the Association make its strategic plan.
Maine Bankers Association (2019)
The Maine Bankers Association supports Maine banks with information exchange, legislative advocacy, education and training, and collective purchasing power. The Association’s annual Emerging Leaders Conference is a skillbuilding and networking opportunity for new leaders and managers at Maine banks. We were hired to facilitate an interactive session on networking at the Emerging Leaders Conference.
Maine Coast Sea Vegetables (2013-2019)
Located on the beautiful Downeast coast, Maine Coast Sea Vegetables harvests, dries, and sells about 100,000 pounds of certified organic sea vegetables annually. We were hired by this socially and environmentally conscious company to facilitate a series of long-range planning meetings among senior staff. We also facilitated all-staff meetings to discuss company changes and provided coaching and related services to leadership staff.
Maine Coast Waldorf School (2019)
Located in Freeport, the Maine Coast Waldorf School serves some 285 students from early childhood through high school. We were hired to facilitate a Faculty-Board Retreat about governance and decision making.
Maine Crafts Association (2019)
The Maine Crafts Association works to strengthen individual craft artists – including artists of stone, wood, paper, clay, fiber, fabric, metal, and much more – while also supporting Maine communities, local economies, and the visitor experience by making Maine a national crafts destination. We were hired to facilitate a strategic planning board retreat.
Maine Justice Foundation (2019)
The Maine Justice Foundation provides funding to programs around the state of Maine that help those most in need of legal aid. We were hired to facilitate a day-long strategic planning retreat for the Foundation.
Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association (2019)
The Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association (MOFGA) is a broad-based community that educates about and advocates for organic agriculture, illuminating its interdependence with a healthy environment, local food production, and thriving communities. We were hired to plan and facilitate a series of meetings to help MOFGA make future plans for it’s facilities and grounds.

Maine Public (formerly known as the Maine Public Broadcasting Network) serves Maine and surrounding regions with radio, television, digital, and educational services. Craig helped Maine Public with some specialized consulting in the News and Public Affairs department.

Maine Public serves Maine and surrounding regions with radio, television, digital, and educational services. We were hired to plan and facilitate a series of strategic planning meetings for the News Division.
Maine School Administrative District #75 (2019)
Maine School Administrative District #75 operates six elementary schools, one middle school and one high school in Cumberland and Sagadahoc Counties. The district has 266 teachers serving 3,444 students. We were hired to facilitate an interactive School Board Workshop.
Mid Coast Hunger Prevention Program (2019)
The Mid Coast Hunger Prevention Program is a non-profit agency committed to providing hungry people with access to healthy food and improving the quality of their lives. We were hired to facilitate a strategic planning retreat for MCHPP.
Midcoast Conservancy (2019)
Midcoast Conservancy protects and promotes healthy lands, waters, and communities through conservation, outdoor adventure, and learning. We were hired to plan and facilitate a series of strategic framework development meetings for the Conservancy.
Natural Resources Council of Maine (2019)
The Natural Resources Council of Maine is a nonprofit membership organization protecting, restoring, and conserving Maine’s environment, now and for future generations. We were hired to facilitate a training session.
Owls Head Transportation Museum (2019 – 2020)
The Owls Head Transportation Museum is a nonprofit educational organization which collects, preserves, exhibits and operates pre-1940 aircraft, ground vehicles, engines and related technologies significant to the evolution of transportation for the purpose of education. We worked with the Board and Senior Staff to help them develop a strategic plan.
People Plus (2019)
People Plus, located in Brunswick, supports an engaged, healthy, and independent life for older adults, while joining others to build community for all ages. We were hired to facilitate a SWOT Analysis for strategic planning purposes.
R.H. Foster (2019)
R.H. Foster Energy provides heating fuels and operates convenience stores throughout northeastern Maine. As part of an Executive Team Retreat, we were hired to plan and facilitate a full-day strategic planning session.
Region 10 Technical High School (2019 – 2020)
Region 10 Technical High School provides opportunities for students to acquire analytical skills, experience and knowledge through dynamic, engaging, hands on lessons. We were hired to plan and facilitate a strategic planning process in order to establish a clear plan for going forward, strengthen community connections, and support economic growth in the greater Brunswick region.
Regional School Unit (RSU) 13 – Rockland (2019)
RSU 13 serves students from the municipalities of Cushing, Owls Head, Rockland, Saint George, South Thomaston, and Thomaston, Maine. We were hired to facilitate a School Board Strategic Planning Meeting.

RSU 9 serves students from the Mt. Blue Regional School District in Maine. We were hired to facilitate a strategic planning process for the school district.
Saint-Gobain Community Advisory Council (2019 – 2020)
Located in New Hampshire, Saint-Gobain is the world leader in the habitat and construction markets – designing, manufacturing and distributing building and high-performance materials, providing innovative solutions to the challenges of growth, energy efficiency and environmental protection. We were hired to plan and facilitate a forum for dialogue between plant leaders and community leaders.
Skowhegan Bridge Study – Maine Dept. of Transportation – (2019 – 2020)
The Maine Department of Transportation has teamed up with the engineering firm TY Lin to perform a feasibility study of a new bridge across the Kennebec River in Skowhegan. South Portland City Council (2019)
South Portland, Maine is an oceanfront city with population of 25,000, a community college, and diverse commercial and residential neighborhoods. As in the past, we were hired to facilitate an annual goal-setting workshop for the City Council.
South Portland Fire Department (2019)
The South Portland Fire Department provides emergency services, prevention, and outreach to the residents, businesses, and visitors of South Portland, Maine. We were hired to conduct stakeholder interviews, as well as plan and facilitate a series of meetings focused on helping the SPFD develop a three-year strategic plan.
Teens to Trails (2019)
Teens to Trails works to increase opportunities for Maine teens to experience the outdoors, and supports high school Outing Clubs across the State. We were hired to plan and facilitate a Board Retreat.
University of Maine at Augusta (2019-2020)
University of Maine at Augusta is the third largest public university in Maine. In addition to its main campus in Augusta, UMA also serves students at its campus in Bangor (UMA Bangor) and through UMA Centers around the state. We were hired to provide facilitation services for a training session.
University of Maine College of Natural Sciences, Forestry, and Agriculture (2019)
The UMaine College of NSFA advances learning and discovery in undergraduate and graduate academic programs through research-based knowledge. We were hired to plan and facilitate a pilot project to reorganize administrative functions within the department.
University of Maine Pulp & Paper Foundation (2019)
The University of Maine Pulp & Paper Foundation financially supports and prepares well-educated engineering students for careers in the pulp and paper and allied industries with full tuition merit based scholarships. We were hired to plan and facilitate strategic planning meetings, gather stakeholder input via in-person and telephone interviews, as well as conduct focus groups and online surveys to help develop a strategic plan for the Foundation.
University of New England (2019)
The University of New England is Maine’s largest private university, with three campuses—in Biddeford and Portland, Maine, and in Tangier, Morocco. We were hired to facilitate a department retreat.
Waterville City Council (2014-2023)
The City of Waterville, Maine on the banks of the Kennebec River, is home to about 16,000 people. We were hired to facilitate a workshop for members of the City Council.
