A lot goes into really good meeting facilitation. And good meeting facilitators are doing several things at once! Yet in this video I break it down to four essential functions: provide structure, encourage participation, reflect the group, and push the group forward.

After years of studying and practicing meeting facilitation I asked myself, “When I am at my very best as a meeting facilitator, what am I doing?” Here is the answer.
